This product is mainly used as a leveling agent for disperse dyes in high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of various polyester fibers, especially in high-temperature and high-pressure fast dyeing, demonstrating its unique advantages.
This product is equivalent to TOHOSALT UF-350 from Dongbang Company in Japan.
Application
The reference formula and process for dyeing polyester fibers with disperse dyes are as follows:
1. Formula:
Dye X
Leveling agent 9801 0.5~1 g/l
Acetic acid regulates pH=5-5.5
2. Bath ratio: 1:10-20
3. Process:
If matching fast dyes are used, they can be dyed according to the fast dyeing process.
