Features and Uses
1. Suitable for the soft finishing of cotton, linen, and wool yarns and fabrics, it can endow fabrics with good softness and elasticity;
2. The post finishing of various textiles such as denim, washed fabrics, sweaters, towels, etc. can achieve a soft and fluffy effect;
3. Compared with cationic softeners, it has low yellowing characteristics.
[Usage]
1. Cold melt material: Take 6-10% H-EA soft sheets, gradually add them to water at around 30 ℃ to disperse evenly, let them stand for 1-2 hours, and then stir at low speed until the slurry is uniform;
2. Thermochemical material: Stir 6-10% H-EA soft film and add it to room temperature water. Continue to heat up to 50-60 ℃, stop heating, and stir to form a uniform slurry.
[Usage Process] (Reference)
1. Immersion rolling type: 2-3g/L, optimal temperature 40-50 ℃, two immersion and two rolling or one immersion and one rolling.
2. Immersion type: 0.5-0.8% (o.w.f), optimal temperature 50-60 ℃, 15-30 minutes.
Packaging and Storage
20Kg woven bag packaging. Storage and transportation of general chemicals. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent rain. The shelf life is two years.
