Product Introduction
HA-soft80 is a non ionic AC polymer composite polyethylene copolymer product, with a special surfactant and unique formula fused under high pressure to form an emulsion. Non ionic lotion, which is non-toxic, tasteless and non corrosive, is easily soluble in water, has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, electrolytic resistance, bath with resin, and is not easy to delaminate and agglomerate. The lotion has constant composition, good chemical stability and long-term storage without layering. Mainly used for smooth and wrinkle resistant finishing of fabrics such as cotton, polyester card, polyester cotton, and medium length fibers. Specially improve the sewing performance of the fabric to prevent the formation of needle holes. After treatment, the fabric feels soft and has good elasticity, improving the wrinkle recovery angle.

Performance and Characteristics
1. This product can be used in water-based paint systems, as well as in the fields of floor, leather, furniture, automobiles, paper products, and other polishing agents and oils.
2. It can be widely used in the production of water-based inks, liquid shoe polish, metal release agents, and other industries.
3. Used in the artificial board industry. Replacing paraffin waterproofing agent with emulsified wax in the production of fiberboard and particleboard can greatly reduce costs.
4. In the paper industry, replacing rosin gum with emulsified wax can not only improve paper quality but also reduce production costs.
5. Used in agriculture as a preservative for fruits and vegetables, to prevent the harmful effects of aging, drought, freezing, and sunburn on them. After picking flowers, soaking them in water and then treating them with emulsified wax can extend the lifespan of the flowers.
6. Emulsified wax can be used as a lubricant in ceramic production, as well as a polishing agent for plastic products and automobiles.

8. Adding it to leather finishing agents can increase the wax and shine of leather; Adding it to the color paste can also have a leveling effect and prevent the coating from sticking when exposed to heat.
9. This product has good thermal stability and does not turn yellow. Used in the textile industry, mainly as a softening agent and sizing agent. Widely used in post finishing and resin finishing of polyester/cotton, polyester/adhesive (nitrile), cotton fabrics, and purified fiber fabrics, this softener can evenly penetrate into the yarn of textiles, forming a layer of oxidized polyethylene film wrapped around the yarn, thus giving the finished fabric a soft and smooth feel. At the same time, it can improve the physical properties of the fabric, reduce wear and tear, improve tear resistance, and have no impact on the color fastness to rubbing and wet washing. Increase the wrinkle recovery angle and can be used together with various additives in resin finishing and general finishing.
