1. This product has certain hydrophilicity and elongation, and is suitable for thick fermentation broth. At higher temperatures, heating and multiple cycles of heating have no effect on defoaming activity.
2. After diluting this product with water, continue to cool to below its cloud point for dropwise addition. After it is completely dissolved, the solution temperature must rise above the cloud point to form extremely fine microemulsion like particles, which can significantly improve the defoaming ability. Conversely, when used at a liquid temperature below the cloud point, the effect is significantly reduced.
