Performance and Application
1. Easily soluble in various solvents such as water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, etc., insoluble in animal and mineral oils, with properties such as emulsification, diffusion, solubilization, and stability.
2. This product is harmless to the human body and has no irritating properties. It is mainly used in the food industry for making cakes, ice cream, shortening, etc.
3. In other aspects, it can be used as emulsifier of mineral oil, solvent of dyes, emulsifier of cosmetics, stabilizer of foam plastics, emulsifier, dispersant and stabilizer of pharmaceuticals, and auxiliary agent of photo lotion.
