Performance and Application
1. This series of products is soluble in general organic solvents and inorganic acids, forming colloids in water.
2. Used as an antistatic agent, emulsifier, wetting agent, and lubricant. Can be used as insecticides and herbicides, oil additives, and textile lubricants. Used as an emulsifier for water-based inks and cosmetics.
3. Double（ β- Hydroxyethyl) coconut oil amine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polypropylene and ABS. It is also used as an antistatic agent and anti-corrosion agent for steam generation and circulation systems.
4. Double（ β- Hydroxyethyl) stearamine is a specialized anti-static agent for plastics, used as an internal anti-static agent for polystyrene and polystyrene acrylonitrile. It has good compatibility, heat resistance, stability, and significant non-toxic properties. It is mainly used for packaging films, daily plastic containers, mining plastic pipes, polypropylene fibers, etc. For example, adding 0.25 parts of this product (including 55% auxiliary materials) to 100 parts of high-pressure polyethylene to make a mining pipeline, the surface resistance is stable at 108 Ω, which meets the technical requirements of mining air ducts. The washing machine liner made by adding 0.3~0.5% of this product (including 55% auxiliary materials) to polypropylene resin is not easily stained and easy to clean. It is also used as an oil emulsifier with anti-corrosion properties.
