Performance and Characteristics
1. This emulsifier is easily soluble in water and has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. It is especially suitable for the production of various O/W amino silicone oil (ammonia value 0.1~0.6) micro lotion. It has the advantages of easy operation, strong emulsifying power, good emulsifying and dispersing stability, etc. It is a variety of amino silicone oil emulsifiers with excellent performance in the current market.
2. AMM is compounded with a variety of surfactants containing NP structure, which is suitable for various amino silicone oils with viscosity ≤ 6000cp, and can obtain clear and transparent microemulsions.
3. AMH is a combination of various surfactants without NP structure, safe and environmentally friendly, environmentally friendly, suitable for various amino silicone oils with viscosity ≤ 50000 cp, and widely used in export textiles.
4. Application
1、 Normal phase emulsification method
Add the emulsifier and amino silicone oil into the emulsification kettle according to the required solid content, 10 parts of emulsifier and 20 parts of amino silicone oil, stir and mix evenly, add 0.15 parts of acetic acid and 5 parts of water, mix for 20-30 minutes, then slowly add 20 parts of water, mix for 30 minutes, add 20 parts of water to dilute, mix for 10-20 minutes until a uniform lotion is formed, add 0.15 parts of acetic acid, adjust the pH between 5.5 and 6.0, add 25 parts of water to dilute, mix for 10-20 minutes, Until a uniform emulsion is formed, take a sample, inspect the appearance as a transparent liquid, filter and package it. 2、 Inverse emulsification method
Add 5 parts of emulsifier and 35 parts of water into the emulsification kettle, heat them to 60 ℃, stir evenly, add 0.1~0.15 parts of acetic acid, stir evenly, slowly add 10 parts of amino silicone oil, stir for 30 minutes, adjust the PH to about 7 with acetic acid, stir and cool down to below 40 ℃, that is, transparent micro lotion.
