Application
1、 1 # Usage (for reference)
According to the required solid content, add the measured emulsifier and dimethyl silicone oil into the emulsification kettle in turn. The amount of emulsifier is 50% of the silicone oil, and then heat it to 40~50 ℃. At the rotational speed of 500-1200 r/min, add water drops within 2 hours to obtain the milky white dimethyl silicone oil lotion.
2、 2 # Usage (for reference)
Add a measured amount of emulsifier and dimethyl silicone oil to the emulsification kettle according to the required solid content. The amount of emulsifier is 40-50% of the silicone oil, and stir at low speed (60 revolutions per minute) until it is semi transparent. The stirring time is about 1 hour; Add 3-6% water in the initial stage, increase the stirring speed (1500 rpm), and stir for 2 hours; Slowly add the remaining deionized water to the mixing pot, finally add preservatives, and continue stirring for half an hour before discharging.
