2、 Physical and chemical indicators
Appearance: Yellow viscous liquid
Solid content: ≥ 92%
PH value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Recommended dosage: 11%
3、 Emulsification process
(1) Add 11KG of chlorinated paraffin emulsifier to 100KG of chlorinated paraffin, stir well, and obtain transparent emulsion;
(2) While stirring, add water in batches to the emulsion, adding 5KG to each batch, with a gap of 1 minute;
(3) Attention must be paid to: the dropping speed must be slow within 50KG water volume, otherwise small lotion will not be obtained;
After adding a certain amount of water, the material changes from transparent to milky white with blue light, and the viscosity increases sharply. At this time, the overall uniformity of mixing should be ensured to ensure that the material successfully transitions from oil-in-water to oil-in-water state;
After a water volume of 50KG, the water addition speed can be appropriately accelerated. At this point, the material should have passed the most sticky stage and gradually become non sticky and thick, with a blue luster appearing on the vessel wall;
(6) Determine the amount of water added according to the lotion concentration, and finally obtain a white and delicate lotion with blue light.
