Performance and Application
1. Oil in water type vegetable oil emulsifier, soluble in general organic solvents, transparent when mixed with vegetable oil, with good emulsifying and dispersing properties;
2. It has good emulsifying effect on various vegetable oils and can form a stable white lotion.
3. It is easy to use and the emulsification process is simple. Only mixing equipment is needed to produce vegetable oil emulsion at room temperature, and the emulsion has low foam;
4. Good low-temperature resistance, non ionic properties, low irritation, and easy compatibility;
5. Suggested dosage: 15-20% of the vegetable oil content.
Application
According to the required content of the lotion, add a measured amount of emulsifier and vegetable oil into the emulsification kettle in turn. The amount of emulsifier is 15-20% of the vegetable oil. After mixing evenly, slowly add a measured amount of water into the kettle. When adding water and mixing evenly, the milky white lotion of vegetable oil is obtained (for reference).
Storage and Transportation
Storage and transportation of general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is two years.
