Performance and Characteristics
1. Easy to dissolve in water, with excellent permeability, and does not affect permeability above the cloud point.
2. As a penetrating agent in the textile industry, it can be used in processes such as sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, and carbonization. Can be used as a penetrating agent for dyeing and finishing baths.
3. The leather industry can be used as a penetrating agent and also as a degreasing agent.
4. Has strong hair washing ability, easy to remove various oil stains and a soft feel.
Application
1. Penetration: In various processes such as textile, printing and dyeing, and finishing, if anionic penetrants cannot be used, this auxiliary agent can be used, with a general dosage of 1-5g/L.
2. Desizing: When using biological enzymes to desize (starch slurry), the combination of JFC can accelerate desizing, and the general dosage is about 0.1% of the liquid weight.
3. Chemical fiber refining: When refining acetate fibers and other synthetic fiber products, adding JFC2-5g/L and 5g/L sodium chloride to the refining solution can improve the refining effect.
4. Wool cleaning: Penetrant JFC has the ability to wash wool, and will not remain on the hair after use. There are no yellowing or other defects, and the fiber feel is relatively soft. This penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environments, can be mixed with soap in hard water, or can be used alone. It is recommended to use at a temperature of 40-50 ℃.
5. Wool carbonization: Penetrant JFC 0.5-1g/L can be added to wool carbonization, which can shorten carbonization time, reduce acid content, and improve carbonization effect.
